Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using STOPRO (the "Service") provided by IRITEC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Service is a SaaS platform that uses AI to generate store screenshots and icons for the App Store and Google Play.
2. Account Registration
Account registration is required to use the Service. Users can create an account via Google OAuth or email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.
3. Pricing and Purchases
The Service uses a pay-as-you-go purchase model. - Each purchase costs $5 (before tax) and adds 15 generations - The required generation count for each action is shown on the product screen - Purchased generations are generally non-refundable - Purchased generations are valid for 6 months from the purchase date - Each additional purchase refreshes the expiration from that purchase date
4. Rights to Generated Content
Copyright of screenshot designs and icons generated through the Service belongs to the user. Users are free to use generated content for commercial purposes. However, we may use anonymized examples of generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes. The download deadline for uploaded images, generated images, and other project data is generally 3 months from project creation. After that deadline, related data may be deleted, so please download anything you need before then.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: - Actions that violate laws or public order - Unauthorized access or attacks on systems - Harassment of other users - Decompilation or reverse engineering of the Service - Mass requests via automated tools - Generation of illegal content
6. Service Changes and Termination
We may change the content of the Service or temporarily or permanently suspend its provision without prior notice. In the event of service termination, we will provide advance notice within a reasonable period.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding: - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - Quality or accuracy of generated content - Fitness for a particular purpose - Passing App Store or Google Play review Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For any disputes relating to the Service, the Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
